Good food, would be better if it was prepared better. The carbonara and basil pesto sauces were good but there wasn't enough to actually coat the pasta so we had some dry pasta. I was also expecting the spinach to be cooked down into the dish or at least mixed in well but it just looked like they stuffed some into the bowl last minute. The grilled chicken was actually good, no complaints there. I also enjoyed the BlackBerry hibiscus lemonade, was refreshing and not overly sweet. The garlic bread reminded me of a mix between naan and a tortilla, was good but not much garlic flavor. The cannolli chips and cream were also a nixe treat!

Came to Piada with my family and had a great experience. We ordered the Carbonara and the Avocado rolled piada. The pasta was the star the rigatoni with grilled chicken in a creamy, rich sauce that wasn’t too heavy. The chicken had great seasoning with some crispy edges, and the fresh grated cheese melted right in. The mix of veggies like broccoli and tomatoes gave it a nice balance. The avocado wrap was fresh and light, a perfect contrast to the pasta. The manager Manny, came by to greet us and made us feel right at home. Great pasta, great service highly recommend.

This is hands down the best build-your-own bowl spot in Dallas! The ingredients are always fresh, and the staff—Manny and Yami—are consistently welcoming and eager to help you discover something new. On my latest visit, Manny suggested adding quinoa and mozzarella to my Hot Chicken bowl, and it was absolutely delicious. Great food, great service, and a great experience every time. Be sure to stop by—and tell them Nigeal sent you!

I’ve been coming to Piada for around 2-3 years, and it’s always my go to place when I’m craving a burrito. The food is always fresh, and the service is amazingly excellent. I also love their blackberry hibiscus lemonade every penny is worth it! Great staff, great food, and a great experience every time. I absolutely love coming to Piada i highly recommend it.

I love Piada!! The food is so good, the staff is excellent and the management team has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. I use them a lot for work catering, but we grab dinner there pretty often as well! I love the Piadas and pastas, but you really can’t go wrong. Also love their lobster bisque!!
